One night with Makker

Four moments decide every service

The order, the kitchen, the bill, the close. Makker is built around those — in the order they actually happen.

  1. 01 · The order

    One order, not three systems

Whatever the waiter rings in, the kitchen sees, the till charges and stock deducts. One database — not a cash register, an ordering app and an invoicing tool that never speak to each other.

    • Live table mapfree, open, waiting for the bill. Transfer and merge tables in two taps.
    • The waiter, from their own phonetheir tables, ordering by course, taking payment — without walking back to the till.
    • QR self-order at the tablethe guest sees a photo menu in Greek or English and orders onto the same bill.

  2. 02 · The kitchen

Every station sees only its own

Grill, cold section, bar: each item is routed to the right station in serving order — on a screen, on a printed slip, or both.

    • A screen per stationprep queue, wait time per ticket, one tap to bump.
    • Courses with a fire commandstarters now, mains when the waiter says so. Held items sit greyed out until they are fired.
    • Local slip printingon 80mm thermal printers inside the venue — it prints even when the line is flaky.

  3. 03 · The bill

Split the way the table asks for it

By item, evenly across N people, partial payments or mixed cash and card. The table balance is always right.

    • The amount goes to the terminalfrom Makker to your own card terminal — nobody retypes it, so nobody mistypes it.
    • One document per tablehowever many payments closed it — cash, card or a split bill.
    • The receipt prints on the spotissued server-side through a certified provider and printed locally at the till.

  4. 04 · The close

    The Z report writes itself

At the end of the night you know what sold, what it cost and who owes what — without paper slips and a calculator at 2am.

    • Cash per waiterevery payment is attributed to whoever took it; the shift handover is confirmed by both sides.
    • Cost and margin per dishrecipes deduct ingredients proportionally on every sale — you see profit, not only turnover.
    • Reports that say somethingby product, category, employee and VAT rate, compared with last week.

Integrations

FAQ

What people ask before they start

Do I need new hardware?

Usually not. Makker runs in the browser: on the till's PC, a kitchen tablet and the waiters' phones. You need an 80mm thermal printer and your own card terminal — both of which we sell or lease if you are missing them.

How much does it cost?

From €49 per month per venue, excluding VAT, with the first point of sale included. Prices are published and there is a total-cost calculator on the pricing page.

How do documents reach myDATA?

Through a certified provider. Makker builds the document on the server, transmits it, and stores MARK, UID and QR beside the sale.

What if the internet drops?

The till keeps taking orders and cash in a local queue and syncs as soon as the connection returns, while printing works on the venue's own network. Card payments and document issuing need connectivity.

Does it connect to efood and Wolt?

Yes. With the delivery platforms module, menus and incoming orders from efood, Wolt and Box land in the same queue as everything else.

Where does my data live?

On European Union infrastructure (Frankfurt), isolated per business at the database level. Export at any time — sales, documents and catalog for your accountant.

How long does setup take?

We build the catalog and the tables together in a day. Modules switch on gradually so staff are not learning everything at once.

Next step

See it with your own menu and your own tables

Tell us a little about the venue and we will show you Makker set up with your own data — catalog, tables, documents.
