Till & counter
The till that keeps the night standing
The counter is where everything meets: the floor, the kitchen, the money and the tax office. Makker's till is built for peak service, on a touch screen or an old PC with a mouse.

In one paragraph
Makker's POS is a browser app that runs on the counter's PC or tablet. It shows the live table map, takes orders, splits bills, pushes the amount to your card terminal and issues a myDATA receipt through a certified provider. If the internet drops it keeps taking orders and cash in a local queue.
How it works, in four steps
- 01
Open the table
One tap on the map. The table gets a waiter, a cover count and a start time.
- 02
Ring in the order
Fast product grid with modifiers and notes. Each item goes to its own station.
- 03
Take the payment
By item, evenly, partial or mixed. The amount reaches the terminal without anyone typing it.
- 04
Close the day
A Z report broken down by VAT rate, by waiter and by payment method.
What it includes
- Table map per area
- Dining room, garden, balcony. Transfer, merge and split tables without losing a single item.
- Split bills
- By item, evenly across N people or partial. The balance is computed in integer cents.
- One document per table
- However many payments closed it, myDATA receives one document — not four.
- Offline queue
- Orders, cash and printing continue locally and sync the moment the line comes back.
- Takeaway and counter sales
- Sales without a table, with or without a customer name, in the same kitchen queue.
FAQ
What people ask before they start
Do I need a cash register?
Makker issues documents electronically through a certified AADE provider and prints them on an 80mm thermal printer. Exactly which arrangement applies to your business depends on your activity and existing equipment — we work that out with your accountant before setup.
Does it work on a touch screen?
Yes, and with a mouse. Every control is over 44px, so it can be hit with a wet finger mid-service.
What if the till PC dies?
Orders live on the server, not on the machine. Open the till on another PC or tablet and carry on where you left off.
