Know who is calling before you say hello
In delivery, the thirty seconds lost to “tell me the address again” is half the length of the call.

In one paragraph
When the venue's phone rings, Makker pops a card on the till with the customer's name, address and last orders. One click opens a new order with the details already filled in. The integration is with the venue's phone system — 3CX or Asterisk/FreePBX — not with the telecoms carrier.
How it works, in four steps
- 01
Connect the PBX
The phone system posts a webhook to Makker the moment the line rings.
- 02
Match the customer
The number is matched against the venue's register. An unknown number opens a new record.
- 03
The card pops
On the till screen, in real time. No refresh needed.
- 04
Open the order
With address, zone and notes ready. The cashier only types what the customer wants.
What it includes
- 3CX and Asterisk/FreePBX
- Two adapters that cover almost every phone system installed in a Greek venue today.
- History on the card
- What they ordered last time and for how much — so “the usual?” is actually true.
- Address notes
- “Back door”, “do not ring the bell”. The rider sees them too, not only the cashier.
- Multiple lines
- Each line binds to a venue, so the right till sees the right call.
- No call recording
- We record the fact of the call and the number, never the content of the conversation.
FAQ
What people ask before they start
Does it work with my carrier?
The integration is with the phone system, not the SIP trunk provider. With 3CX or FreePBX it works; with a closed hosted vPBX that exposes no call events, there is nothing for us to read.
What about personal data?
The number and the history live in your own business's customer register, isolated at the database level, and are exported or deleted whenever you ask.
Do I need a new phone system?
Not if the current one emits call events. If it does not, we tell you honestly what changing it costs before you buy the module.
Next step
See it with your own menu and your own tables
Tell us a little about the venue and we will show you Makker set up with your own data — catalog, tables, documents.
