Makker

Comparison

Makker or Serviro? A comparison guide

A Greek management system for food service.

Both address Greek food service. The difference worth checking is channel coverage and price transparency: Makker publishes what it costs, covers dine-in, delivery through your own site, platforms, self-order and reservations from one catalog, and keeps the till running even without internet. Ask both to show you live what happens when you pull the line.

The table you take to the meeting

Print it or show it from your phone. Makker's column is filled in; the vendor fills in the next one in front of you.

We state what Makker does and leave the Serviro column as a question to put to them. We have not audited their current feature set, and we will not print a “no” next to a name we did not verify. Take the table with you to the meeting.

When to choose Serviro

If their commercial offer or local support fits your area better, and if the capabilities you tested cover the channels you use.

When Makker fits better

If you want published pricing, commission-free delivery from your own page, caller ID and the ERGANI work card without a second device on the counter.

Migrating from Serviro

Ask for an export of catalog, customer register and history. We build the catalog with you and switch modules on gradually.

Price

Makker publishes its pricing: from €49 per month per venue, excluding VAT, with no multi-year lock-in. Ask every vendor for a written price that covers licences, modules, support and anything charged one-off.
