The book that knows what the kitchen can take

Sixteen bookings at 21:00 is not a full house; it is a kitchen about to burn and sixteen unhappy tables.

Three bookings, three tables, a pace the kitchen can hold.

In one paragraph

Makker's reservation book holds names, phone numbers, covers and times, binds them to specific tables on the map, and applies pacing rules so arrivals do not pile into one slot. With the online module, guests book themselves from a public page, inside the availability you define.

How it works, in four steps

  1. 01

    Define time slots

19:00, 20:30, 22:00. Each slot has a maximum number of covers.

  2. 02

    The booking arrives

By phone, from the floor, or from your public page.

  3. 03

    It binds to a table

The map shows what is reserved and for when, beside what is already open.

  4. 04

    The guest walks in

One tap turns the reservation into an open table with the right waiter.

What it includes

Pacing control
Maximum covers per slot, so the kitchen never accepts more than it can plate.
Public booking page
On your own domain, in Greek and English, with no per-cover commission.
Confirmation and reminder
The guest confirms; you see who never replied before you hold a table empty.
Guest history
How often they came, how often they did not show, what they prefer.
Large parties
Merge tables straight from the booking, so the floor knows what joins and when.

FAQ

What people ask before they start

Does it connect to Reserve with Google?

The public booking page is built so it can connect to booking channels. Ask us about current status before you rely on it.

Do you charge per booking?

No. A monthly module fee, nothing per cover.

What about no-shows?

They are recorded on the guest's record. You can require confirmation for large parties before holding a table.
