When to choose Entersoft One F&B
If you already run Entersoft or SOFTONE in the back office, if you need heavy accounting integration, or if you are a group with dozens of sites and an in-house IT team, ERP-level integration is a genuine advantage and worth weighing seriously.
When Makker fits better
If you are one venue or a handful without an IT department, if you want your own commission-free ordering site, self-order, rewards and caller ID in the same system, and if you want to know the price before the meeting.
Migrating from Entersoft One F&B
Ask for an export of the catalog, customer register and sales history as CSV. We set up catalog and tables together in a day and switch modules on gradually, so staff are not learning everything at once.
Price
Makker publishes its pricing: from €49 per month per venue, excluding VAT, with no multi-year lock-in. Ask every vendor for a written price that covers licences, modules, support and anything charged one-off.
