Nine POS sells editions for several sectors, one of them for restaurants. Makker is built only for food service, so things like courses, station routing, cash per waiter and one document per table are not configuration options — they are how it works. If your business is mixed, weigh it the other way.

When to choose Nine POS
If alongside food service you also run retail or another activity and want one vendor for all of it, or if there is a local partner you trust.
When Makker fits better
If you are purely food service and want the pieces that burn a service — split bills, stations, offline, delivery, ERGANI — to work without configuration.
Migrating from Nine POS
Export the catalog as CSV and set up tables together. Historic documents stay where they are; we start clean from a date you choose.
Price
Makker publishes its pricing: from €49 per month per venue, excluding VAT, with no multi-year lock-in. Ask every vendor for a written price that covers licences, modules, support and anything charged one-off.

What people ask before they start
I also have a small grocery next door. Is that covered?
Makker is sold today only for food service. If you need retail in the same system, tell us exactly what — we will not sell you something that does not do it.
Does it run on an old PC?
Yes, as long as it runs a modern browser. The till is built for a mouse too, not only a touch screen.
